Milo Yiannapoulos has resigned from breitbart after comments he made on the subject of the age of consent and paedophiles where he was discussing the merits of sexual acts between “older men and younger boys”. As a result of this he resigned from his position at Breitbart as the tech editor on Tuesday evening.
The footage of the incident has been around for over a year and it would seem that it was only released now as a part of a campaign to damage Milo’s reputation. This defamation campaign by the left and mainstream media has been relentless and not dis-similar to a campaign against President Trump. The mainstream media has tried to brand Milo as a Nazi, sexist and a homophobic racist.
But has any of this actually worked ?
Yes, but not in the way the media intended, their campaign of slander has given Milo free advertising and allowed many more people to be exposed to his ideas, his beliefs and everything he stands for.
In a press conference earlier today Milo apologised for the comments he made but announced that he would keep doing college shows, his book will still be released and maybe even some commercial shows for people not in universities.
Milo Yiannapoulos is a provocateur and calling his offensive it like telling a football player they scored a goal, this is what he does and he enjoys it. Milo has said he will be here for 30 years doing this so maybe by the end of those 30 years the media will learn not to try to shut people down while they are campaigning for free speach.
